You get: Working software you can see as it is built.
UAT
A full staging environment handed to you for formal review.
You get: Issues resolved before anything reaches production.
Go-live
Production deployment, data migration, training and handover.
You get: Source code, documentation and a live system.
Support
Warranty period, then an annual support retainer.
You get: Defined response times and a named point of contact.
How we price, what you own and what support looks like, agreed before a line of code is written.
Pricing
Fixed price against a fixed scope, invoiced on delivery milestones. Anything added later is quoted by written change request before work starts.
Ownership
The platform, its source code and its documentation transfer to the client on final payment.
Licences
None. No licence fees, no per user charges and no cap on records or users.
Support
Annual retainers covering bug fixes, patch releases and security updates, monitoring, minor changes, priority support and periodic platform reviews.
Hosting
Billed by the provider directly at cost, or deployed into the client’s own infrastructure. We add no margin.
Compliance
eTIMS compliant invoicing, Withholding Tax handled correctly, and mutual non disclosure as standard.
